Sheer means Milk in Persian and Khorma means Dates. vermicelli cooked in milk, sweetened with sugar and condensed milk flavored with cardamom, and topped with a variety of nuts and dry fruits a perfect dessert for a celebration.
Dates add flavor and the sweetness to the pudding.
