@TheChimpoko1منذ 3 سنوات The round mound of rebound, Chuck is an amazing guy. Never pretentended to be more than a ballplayer, constantly downplaying his role model status throughout id="hidden2" class="buttons"> his career. Never won a ring, but the man is a champion in my eyes. Holds no grudges, blames no one, just happy to be Chuck. We could all learn from his example ....وسعت 748

@logicaldude3611منذ 3 سنوات It always shocked me that a guy with his height and weight could not only grab rebounds over 7 footers, but then bounce right back up and dunk with great power. The guy had an unreal physical skill set. 971

@ArtMagikمنذ 3 سنوات The 93 Finals were probably the most entertaining Finals of the 90's, and that game 3 was an absolute madness with Barkley playing toe to toe with MJ. Probably one of my most vivid memory from that time. 118

@dawooolمنذ 3 سنوات I had the privilege of meeting him when I worked at Crunch Fitness in Atlanta. It was after he retired. He showed up one day with a trainer to prepare id="hidden9" class="buttons"> for a comeback (which didn't end up happening). At 295 and, in his words losing a pound a day, he did some weights for awhile then he'd take on all comers at 1-on-1 for an hour or so. We had some decent players as members. I was not one. I sat under the basket and watched. It was hard to believe such a big man could be so quick and so graceful. He was very nice to everyone. I got my picture taken with him. He came for a month or so, then he was gone. ....وسعت 87

@PoppaCYSمنذ 3 سنوات Barkley was such a beast. He was the rare mix of strength, verticality, speed/explosiveness, and skill. As a frontcourt player, he had great handles and id="hidden10" class="buttons"> he was a great passer. He played power forward at 6'5"! He wasted his best years in Philly. Charles was my favorite player growing up. ....وسعت 163

@nyterpfanالعام الماضي Barkley at his peak was one of the most amazing players I've ever seen!! They always listed him at 6"6 but in reality he was a shade under 6"5. id="hidden13" class="buttons"> For a player of his height and bulk he had INCREDIBLE agility and hops combined with a motor that never seemed to wear down. And watching Sir Charles go end to end on a fast break was something to see!! Without question he's one of the top 50 NBA players of all-time--and I might go as high as top 30. ....وسعت 10

@shaunbangمنذ 3 سنوات I’m glad I was born right around the time to be able to see the amazing players of the 90s like MJ and Barkley as well as seeing the entire career of my favorite player Kobe Bryant along with all the crazy good players of that era. Even though it was only the tail end of his career, I still remember Barkley being so good while being heavily undersized for his position. I wish I could have seen Barkley and players like MJ during their earlier days as i really wish I was able to compare Jordans entire career to modern players lo ....وسعت 22

@martinbuhrer3893منذ 3 سنوات To anyone who didn't see the man play back in the day: There have been few people able to take complete control of a game. Chuck was one of them. When id="hidden15" class="buttons"> he was in the zone, there was no doubt that he was gonna be the one to decide the game. Sometimes, it seemed like he got every rebound, made every shot, ran every single break. The only detriment to his career is that there was this one guy who did all of that, but just a tiny bit better.
I loved him as a player, I love him now, because he brings that much needed down-to-earth attitude of a (former) absolute elite superstar to every conversation he partakes in. He is the GOAT of putting things into perspective.

KJ and Thunder Dan Marjle id="hidden19" class="buttons"> with Barkley were tough.
