Also, please turn on the notification bell🔔 of this channel after subscribing so that we can let you know when we post new videos! *Ingredients* ・250g Bread flour ・40g Sugar ・3g Salt ・3g Dry yeast ・200g Milk ・20g Butter ・Bread flour 0:00 ーRecipe for Milk Pull Apart Breadー 0:04 1.Mix and knead bread flour, sugar, salt, dry yeast and milk. Before adding, warm up milk to skin temperature. 1:26 2.Add butter and knead more. 2:37 3.Ferment the dough until it gets double the size. 3:03 4.Divide the dough into 16 pieces (30g each) and shape it like a ball. Rest the dough for 15min. 4:48 5.Shape the dough again and put it to a mold (18cm×18cm).
