Skinned Knees - Get Out Ruff Cedar Studios Records # 64535. Released in 1981. Obscure alternative art rock / new wave 45 from forgotten San Marcos/Austin, Texas college band. The "Skinned Knees" were born as a concept group on the campus of Southwest Texas State - now Texas State University - in 1980.
