Halawet El Jebn, a speciality of Tripoli, more specifically a Hallab family tradition. Until this day, this cheesy dough is handmade, knead and filled and no machines are involved in the process whatsoever despite the expansion of Abdul Rahman Hallab & Sons across Lebanon.
PS: If you do not like this Arabic sweet because it is chewy, you're not eating it from the right place!
