How to Eat Papaya

Papaya is packed with nutrients and great for digestive health. I found papaya seeds really tasty, and the seeds added a nice texture too. Since we’re in central Mexico, we bought the larger Maradol variety of papaya, but many papayas are exported to the USA from Hawaii, they are generally smaller, sweeter papaya.
