Hey all!
Chicken Salad, a classic! We were waiting to put this video out. This dish is light and you can put all different kinds of ingredients in it. We however keep it pretty simple. Chef did shred the chicken but said you can cut the chicken in small cubes as well! Also if you use gluten free bread this dish is gluten free! Or put a scoop on top of a salad as well! This dish also takes under 30 minutes to make so it is not only simple but its fast! Great for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
1 Fully Cooked Chicken. Shredded or cut into small pieces
1/2 Cup Mayo
1/2 Cup Miracle Whip
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Chipped Celery
Sliced Cheddar Cheese
Rolls
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
