Hi guys today I will be sharing my take on Caramel Mudcake with White Chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream
For the caramel sauce
2 1/2 cup sugar
150 ml whipping cream
125 ml water
2 tbsp light corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
For the mudcake
3 eggs
3 cups plain flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
375 ml fresh milk
350 g butter
180 g white chocolate
caramel sauce
For the white chocolate ganache
150 ml white chocolate
75 ml whipping crea
FOr the Swiss meringue
147 g egg white
294 g sugar
441 g butter
1 tsp vanilla
