3 Variety Ice Cream Recipes || Banoffee || Neapolitan || Kulfi || With Easily Available Ingredients Ingredients: Icecream recipe • Condensed milk 390ml • Whipping cream 275m • Vanilla essence 1 tsp Note* Condensed Milk refrigerated for 24hrs... 1. NEAPOLITAN ICE CREAM A. Strawberry puree • Strawberries 5 or 6 freezed • Sugar _2or3 tbsp • Salt.. 1 pinch • Lemon zest 1/2 tsp • Grind all these ingredients in a mixer till u get a smooth paste. B. NUTELLA /CHOCOLATE ICECREAM C. VANILLA ICE CREAM. 2. KULFI ICE CREAM • Roasted pistas • Cinnamon pdr 1 tsp • Saffron water( 1 pinch saffron soaked in 2 tsp water) 3. BANOFFEE ICE CREAM • Banana. 1 ripe (mashed) • Cookies (break into pieces) • Roasted cashew. • Caramel sauce/ Toffee Sauce **For Caramel Sauce: Heat 3 tbsp sugar in a bowl till it changes colour slightly to brown. At this time mix it n add 1/4 cup water n mix until dissolved. Then add 1 tbsp butter to it. Switch off the flame n add 2 tbsp fresh cream also n mix thoroughly.
