Stephanie Byers talks about Equality Kansas

Stephanie Byers, running for the Kansas House of Representatives, talks with Equality Kansas chair Kerry Wilks about working with Equality Kansas. If elected, Byers will be the first openly-transgender lawmaker in the state. She'll also be one of two, perhaps three, Native American legislators serving in the Kansas Legislature.
