Ingredients for Kanda Poha Recipe: 3 tbsp Oil 2 Onions (Chopped) 1 tsp Mustard Seeds Curry Leaves 2 Green Chillies, chopped Ginger, grated approx. 1 inch 1 Cup Raw Peanuts Salt to Taste 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 2 Bowls Poha Medium/thick variety 1 Lemon juice Namkeen Bhujia Kanda Poha Recipe: 1) Wash Poha in a container and strain the water quickly. You can do this twice if poha is not clean. 2) Spread the Poha on a plate to dry. 3) Add 1 tbs oil in a pan and heat it. Roast the raw peanuts till they turn brown and crispy. 4) Now add 2 tbs oil and heat it in a khadai 5) Once oil is heated add mustard seed and let them crackle. Add green curry leaves and green chilly 6) Add grated ginger and cook it till the raw smell of ginger is gone. 7) Now add the onion and Sautee them for a min. Make sure they are little crispy and not mushy 8) Add turmeric, salt and roasted peanuts.
