DCS Christen Eagle II - Taking flight over Vegas and Hoover Dam & Very odd stick behavior

Getting in some stick time over Vegas and the Hoover Dam. I'm also experiencing some strange stick behavior. Could the latest Open Beta release have messed this up, or is there a known issue to loose pitch control at random points, or after an over-speed condition?
