Dhaba style alu gobi: 2 potato 2 cup cauliflower oil for frying 2 onion 2 tomato 2 tbsp ginger, garlic and chilli paste 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves 3 tbsp oil 1 bay leaf 5-6 garlic cloves 2 inch ginger 1 tsp cumin seed 1 black cardamom 1 cinnamon stick 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp kasuri methi 1/2 tsp garam masala salt to taste 4. Dal fry: 1 cup soaked tuar dal 1 tomato 1 onion some chopped ginger and garlic some curry leaves some coriander leaves salt to taste 3 tsp cumin seed 2/4 th tsp mustard seed 2 dry chilli 1 bay leaf 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tbsp ghee/ clarified butter 2 tbsp oil 5. jeera rice: 1 cup basmati rice 2 tbsp ghee/ clarified butter salt to taste 1 bay leaf 1 dry chilli 2 tbsp cumi seed some coriander leaves 6. vegitable raita: 1/2 cup curd some chopped cucumber some chopped carrot some chopped onion some chopped chili some chopped coriander leaves 1/4th tsp chilli powder 1/4th tsp roasted cumin powder salt to taste 7.
