------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ingredients : 300g beef 50g butter 8pcs white mushroom 1/2pcs onion 200g demi-glace sauce 100ml cream 20g lemon juice salt, black pepper, paprika powder plan flour Instructions: 1. beef to season with salt, black pepper, paprika powder 2. put plan flour and roll and make it stick 3. turn the heat to high and put butter, when melt butter put beef and stir until brown color 4. add sliced white mushroom and stir 5. add sliced onion and stir until brown color 6. add demi-glace sauce and stir until thicker 7. add cream and lemon juice and mix ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 材料 : 牛肉　 300g バター　 50g マッシュルーム　 8個 玉ねぎ　 1/2個 デミグラスソース　 200g 生クリーム　 100ml レモン汁　 20g 塩、黒胡椒、パプリカパウダー 小麦粉 作り方： 1. 牛肉に味付けします（塩、黒胡椒、パプリカパウダー ） 2. 小麦粉をかけ、棒状にします 3. 火力を強火にセットしバターを入れ、味付けした牛肉を入れ焼き色がつくまで焼きます 4. マッシュルームを加え入れて炒めます 5. 玉ねぎを加え入れ炒め、飴色になるまで炒めます 6. デミグラスソースを加え入れ、とろみが出るまで煮詰めます 7. 生クリーム、レモン汁を加え混ぜます --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thank you for watching !
