    @monikawelch339منذ 3 سنوات I’ve been doing these for a week now. Sometimes I do a workout twice a day. And already the difference on noticeable. The first two days hurt so much. I could barely sit down on the toilet!
    Anyway…..I’m loving these. Thanks Roberta….from NZ.
